The packaging was poor and a big chunk of it was missing. The plastic had come off from the shampoo bottle and the nozzle was undone. Emailed on customer care no response even after 3 weeks. Won't be repurchasing.

I have placed the order on 9th March and regularly getting notifications (sms& mail) that pick up rescheduled. I have finally mailed regarding my concern of getting my products on time. And today got notifications that it will be delivered tomorrow 26th. It's almost a month and with true frog or any online order this never happened. Generally I get products within 7 days / 3 to 4 working days. It was really annoying to get mail of products pick up rescheduled for such a long time.
