As a user of the Website and its services you are contacting with EarthyBlend through these Terms.

These Terms are subject to change from time to time. Hence you are requested to refer to these Terms from time to time on notice of change being given to you. Your continued use of the Website will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of True Frog website. Eligibility

Services of the Website are available only in India and to persons resident in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. We make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms and conditions or the site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such representations and warranties are not legally excludable.

Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) related to the website or your use thereof regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and in no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed Indian Rupees 1000 only.

Indemnification

Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Bangalore, India. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out of your visit to True Frog website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by EarthyBlend in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Bangalore, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Consent To Receive Notices Electronically By Posting On The Website And Via Email

You consent to receive any agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications (collectively, “Notices”) to which these Terms and Conditions refer from us electronically including without limitation by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all Notices that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing in English. To withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically, you must notify us of your withdrawal of such consent by emailing us at: info@truefrog.in and discontinue your use of this website. In such event, all rights granted to you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the limited licenses set forth above, shall automatically terminate. Placing An Order

Browse the True Frog Online catalogue in the Website to make your purchase. Select the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Order”.
When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link underneath your order.
You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see the Payment Options available to you and choose the one that suits you.

True Frog is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

Please note that for Visa and Mastercard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to EarthyBlend Private Limited.

All such transactions through debit/credit cards, bank transfer or wallet transfer shall be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the buyer and respective issuing bank or the payment instrument issuing company.

Pricing Policy

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India.

All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

Payment Security

Any information you enter when transacting with True Frog is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. What is a CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card, in the signature area.

Out Of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we may notify you when the product is available. True Frog Online does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

Shipping Policy

Domestic: We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders. For any changes in shipping charges will be communicated to you and the charges indicated in the invoice before the payment is completed .

Purchases are shipped from our office in Bengaluru, Karnataka by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

Delivery For Prepaid Orders:

STANDARD

1 week for all international shipments (7 Working Days).

Express

2 Days for all cities (Monday to Saturday).

An additional day may be required for remote areas.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. True Frog Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
True Frog Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Delays in the receipt of ordered goods can be expected due to unforeseen incidents like rain , floods or lock downs due to pandemic or any unforeseen events . For any unexpected delays, please write to us on info@truefrog.in and we will respond and assist you to track your order .

Returns Policy

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage will not refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. True Frog Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to be three weeks from the date of receipt of package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the True Frog Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number, within 7 days of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
An item is eligible for return if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories.
• Product packaging not opened, product not used.

Termination

These Terms constitute an agreement and is effective unless and until terminated by either you or True Frog You may terminate these Terms at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Website. True Frog may terminate these Terms at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Website. Such termination will be without any liability to True Frog. Upon any termination of these Terms by either you or True Frog, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms or otherwise. Any such termination of these Terms shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under these Terms.
