Shipping Policy

Domestic: We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders. For any changes in shipping  charges will be communicated to you and the charges indicated in the invoice before the payment is completed .


Purchases are shipped from our office in Bengaluru, Karnataka by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

Delivery For Prepaid Orders:

STANDARD

1 week for all domestic shipments (7 Working Days).

EXPRESS

2 Days for all cities (Monday to Saturday).


An additional day may be required for remote areas.


Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Delays in the receipt of ordered goods  can be expected due to unforeseen incidents like rain , floods or lock downs due to pandemic or any unforeseen events . For any unexpected delays, please write to us on info@truefrog.in and we will respond and assist you to track your order .  

Returns Policy

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.
To return any items, please contact Customer Service via email on info@truefrog.in
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage will not refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. True Frog Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to be three weeks from the date of receipt of  package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

  1. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the True Frog Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with your order number and product images, within 7 days of the delivery.
  2.  Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  3. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
  4. An item is eligible for return if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
    • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
    • Has missing parts or accessories.
    • Container not opened, product not used.
